I’m here to help you incorporate and integrate the life forces that will serve
you best on the level of mind, body, and soul.

An Ayurvedic health consultation changed my life after years grappling with anxiety, depression, and medication.
I knew deep down that I could not only live, but thrive without medication.

Ayurveda helped me to achieve a sense of balance I never thought I could.
I realized that there’s way more to life than the status quo.

From there, I kept seeking and learning, studying
Ayurveda, the Tarot, Astrology, Reiki, and Human Design
seeing what amazing impact they had on myself and those I shared them with.

I have worked in music journalism, and as a DJ and electronic musician!
I love helping people connect with their purpose,
infuse more creativity into their lives
and get going on what it is they want to create!

I contribute month Holistic Horoscopes (Holiscopes) to the incredible
Ora Collective.
and have collaborated with many another brands and individuals on cosmic offerings.
